>Online Social Media – A New Beginning

>Today marks the new beginning for us, as we are finally going full steam ahead, to look at how we can improve our marketing strategy to attract more potential, and quality suppliers, and at the very same time, provide better quality products and online services to our online consumers.

Putting ourselves on Facebook, Twitter, Blogger.com, and even YouTube is not the only thing that guarantees that we will mastered the online social media platform. We are still new, and we have many areas for improvement. One thing we are clear is that online social media marketing is the way to go. But we will need to stay focused, we need to know what we need to do, and who we are targeting, how are we going to capture their attention, get them to come & buy online from us, and also to get them to keep coming back, and also to get them to tell others about us.

Currently, one of the most important things we are looking into is how we can improve our current YumTrade online shopping website, so that is can provide a better user experience for our online consumers. By providing a good user experience, we believe that our consumers will be able to enjoy a fun & fruitful time browsing our website.

All Hail to Online Social Media Marketing!

>Welcome to YumTrade!

>In the recent months, we have been re-looking at ways to improve our YumTrade business & online store. Some of the interesting things we have done includes having a Facebook page of our own. We have come to realized the importance of increasing our presence in the online social media platform. Being the top online store in the local Singapore market, we believe that its time that we ride upon the online social media.

Being an online store, it means that we are actually providing an Advertising platform for potential suppliers who are trying to reach audiences far and wide, and that they do not have the technical know-hows to put their products onto the internet.
And once we have placed their products on our online store, the next most important step is knowing how to market & attract the target audience to our website, and bring in more online customers. And that is exactly the reason why we have revive this old blog that we have. In the recent 5-10 years, online social medias like Facebook & Twitter, has become the most popular online database of people around the world! People of all ages, social backgrounds, financial backgrounds, races, skin color, etc. And in the last few years, the demand for online social media marketing has also doubled & tripled. This is a very clear signal for us, as it is the right timing to “hop” onto the bandwagon, and join in the fun!
Good news is that online social media marketing is still fresh (well, as long as a technology is not 20 years or more older, its still a “baby”). We want to take advantage of this powerful online social media platform to reach out to audiences that we cannot do face-to-face. We want to create a future where we can bring suppliers & customers to us, more than us going to them.
Some of the interesting strategies we are current looking into, as well as have already implemented includes:
  • Facebook Page
  • Twitter Account
  • Blog site
We believe that the next important aspect of online social media marketing includes leveraging upon the online media networking platform like YouTube, to put on our advertisements.
We definitely welcome feedbacks and suggestions from everyone and anyone, as long as it makes sensible sense. As long as it is practical and inline with our vision and mission, we will be more than happy to consider your feedbacks, and possibly to even implement it.
We honestly believe that a successful online business & store cannot solely depend on ourselves, but also require the regular visits and purchases of our happy customers.
Once again, we thank you for all your support over the recent years, and we look forward to continue serving you better in the near future!
